About the Founder
My name is Mikayla Balfour, and I am the founder and CEO of Grit Snow. I started this business because I wanted to create a solution for the countless problems I encountered when doing the sport I love most (snowboarding). Often, products for girls are made for looks rather than for functionality. As a female rider, I know firsthand that we need performance gear that empowers us. Therefore, my goal is to create more than just a cute Instagram outfit, I want to provide technical outwear that fits!
